Wedded bliss how to undo

I need help undoing a " forever" committment . My wife and I have committed each other forever. How do I undue this as in the JoS it says you can really fuck up your next life. Hopefully I will be god by then and not have to worry . Anyway I think it prudent to sever emotional ties now before going to the astral plane.

Are there any special rituals or meditations I should be doing? You guys always help each other with info so I am asking for help
