warfare training: balancing the elements

i have a question about balancing the elements, well actually three. 1: say that im dominent in fire and earth, that would mean that i invoke air and water right? 2: if im dominent in both of the same set, like air and earth, then i should invoke fire and water correct? 3:and finally, how would i noe wen they are all balanced?

just asking because i didn't exactly find the answer in the page on the topic, so thnx any who reply.
