I don't know, but a JOS member I knew online and who brought me 'at last' to Satan before the collapse of our shaky acquaintance told me that if you download chronos from 2.o microsoft.NET Framework it will calculate the hours of planets specific to your location. my laptop could not hold all the info when I tried to download, but if your computer has enough memory it sounds like something you need.
