Could a void moon affect mail if it is sent during a void moon?

I am kind of -really- paranoid with the void moon, so I avoid it at all costs.However, I believe there are chances many people send their mails on a void moon, but their mails arrive safely to their destination. Maybe there'll be a bit of delay or something, so you should be a bit patient and see how it'll go.
It's funny how... two days ago I bought some mineral waters from the supermarket. It was a void moon but thought "eh okay, it's just mineral waters, what could possibly go wrong?". So, when I return home, I take a scissor to cut through the surrounding (the sort of 'bag' in which they put the bottles) and I somehow manage to cut one of the bottles, and water pooled in my kitchen hahaha... I don't think it would disrupt mail, since that would be ruled mainly by Mercury (communication) and would disrupt it if Mercury was Retrograde or afflicted in some way at that time.
With the Void of Course Moon, it means that whatever you 'intend' to manifest at that time will less likely come to realization, since that intent would be void of course. If you sign a deal or start a plan for the future at that time your mental desire for it will not see its physical manifestation. Also you are more likely to get away with things at such a time.
