No, unless you have the knowledge and skill to prevent the negative outcast of a void moon, like the gods. Or you're just very experienced and clever.
But, there are a few workings you can do in a void of course moon, like a reversing spell etc. From my own experiences, if you know how to do this, you can use void moon in very beneficial ways. It is written in the JoS.
But, the best advise if you are going to perform spells, avoid it the best you can!
