When I sit down and try to do this I can get brief moments where I think of absolutely nothing and its like I can feel my heart slightly moving my upper body and I can somewhat hear it. Is this feeling of any significance or should I just try to ignore it.

In all kinds of meditations , there will be effects on the physical self. Are you frightened of this. The most important thing in the Void Meditation is to concentrate , and blank out.

I think while we are using void meditation , our awareness increases , because whenever I make Void meditation , at first I become nervous, but later the more I concentrate I feel a burning on my arms , or my front. Sometimes the feeling of burn increases , then I know , that my
guardian is with me.

I think you should be aware of it , but the important thing is to blank out. To be in silence and concentration.

last week when i was meditating i was seeing white energy as usual going into all kinds of shapes and forms but after a minute or something i saw something like a pool and then from the middle to out (edges were stil white as energy) i saw something akin to the world we live in but with large warts on it for about a minute or two, now i've been looking around to find out what it could be but i didn't find anything anyone here able to help?
