This is how i do void meditation:
i block any thoughts, and focus on the here and now for few seconds/minutes. Than i concentrate on the spot on the floor.
Do i need to always block thoughts, or can i just concentrate on the here and now?
If someone knows, what can i change in void meditation, please tell me. Thanks!
