To use two examples I’ve done before, visualise Algiz shining in white-gold light in the Root Chakra to clean it of all Negative Saturnian Energy, or Visualising the name Astarte in my Third Eye chakra while the Name and the chakra shine in White light, the chakra’s color.

Also jusy visualising Algiz/Ansuz in a Chakra to clean it or the rune a chakra is associated with being in the chakra shining in thay chakra’s colour, such as Gebo shining in green while in the Heart chakra for example. I’ve gotten some good results from these.
