Vibrations question.

When vibrated phrases or mantras that are sentence long, do I vibrate a word for each breath or do I vibrate the whole phrase/sentence on one breath? And does it affect the strength of the working?

Whatever you feel completely comfortable with. I personally take a deep breath and thats it.
