Don't forget the most important thing is the number of times according to the square you are doing for that day.And I have found that the closer you get to the end,the easier it is to loose tract,of the number of times for that day.So try to be extra careful.

You vibrate each word separately, that's what I do anyway. Really try to feel the energy. On the Sermon CD's High Priestess Pythia said that "The Egyptians commanded their gods", and also how that "The Gods" are are code words for the Chakras. So remember when you are vibrating Mantras that you are commanding/ instructing/ telling your chakras to do something for you. This could be for attracting money is you are doing the Venus Mantra. Make sure that you program the energy you  raise. Energy doesn't have a mind of it's own.

It when you make a sound with your mouth in a particular way so that you can feel vibrations.

Like how for crown chakra opening, how one is supposed to make the b sound like a honey bee, and feel the vibration sensation on the head.


Have you ever been at a concert/rave and felt the music vibrate parts of your torso? It's like that.

From what the cd "shows" that hp Pythia sent with the squares book. They are vibrated one breath per word.
Memorizing the whole sentence is quite a feat for me, since my short term memory is shit to begin with. But when ive done it enough times it seems to stick into my muscle memory. Whatever works with you.
