hi all I've only been a member of the ToZ for a short time and have already seen changes and felt improvements from the meditations on the site. Thanks for posting them. About a week ago a posted a question on communicating with demons to try and get the slander against me stopped. Well alot has happened and my attempts at making amends were laughed at and more slander and bs being said arose. So at this point I would just like revenge against those who wronged me. I try to be a nice guy most of the time but at this point my hatred is well placed. Any advice?

Nurse your hatred, though do not allow yourself to be intoxicated with it. I guess there is a method - visualise your wrongdoer in grey aura. Grey is the colour of death. S/he probably will not die, however a disease might happen. Wouldn't it be nice?

I did do something like that siguard only it was around me and I directed it to them. Had migrain headaches for a few days after... meh you live you learn.
