Using no Shampoo

AvatarBabyZeus1 min to read

Hello,
I am using no Shampoo for a year now and the hair is healthy but it clumps together and I have holes on my head. The question I am asking is is hair soap or shampoo important for hair health. What is your advice, I want to have nice hair but are afraid of the toxic stuff in the shampoo. So if you can give me advice, and information I would start with hair soap to have pretty hairs again. Healthy are they without shampoo too but doesn’t look good. Thanks In Advance 🙂

It seems EU introduced a partial ban on microplastics use, same did the US, but I think all products from Eastern countries are not regulated and represent a health danger. Also, I am not sure how those laws can be skipped or turned-around, it may happen.

They talk about "dizziness" as an effects of body contamination, so this seems to affect brain functions too.
Herbal products do not contain that stuff, better do not risk,

In this old post I talked about harmful ingredients in hygiene products and what they do to you. Feel free to have a read. You can then make a list an use it as a reference when shopping for hygiene products like shampoo if you don't want to make your own.

There may be apps that can help you by directly scanning a bar code and scoring the ingredient list against a benchmark. There are apps for food (even if still biased against some healthy things like fats and in support of unhealthy ones like soybeans) - I don't see why there shouldn't be apps for hygiene and cosmetic products already.

Be mindful you may not find healthy products at the local shop or even big department stores. You may have to fiddle online and order something through Amazon, for example.
