The info on JoS about the Runes says that we can use certain crystals and gemstons with them.
For example at Eihwaz: 'Smoky quartz is used with this rune. Both can be used to activate and raise the kundalini.'

that she uses quartz to amplify energy. Shannon, if you read this, how do you exactly amplify energy using crystals?
And how can we use crystals and gemstones for something other than storing energy in them?
