Below are useful links for mudras, Kryias, pranayamas, mantras (which I'm not sure are legit and would appreciate few back on) and meditation postures.

I'm not sure if everything is legit, I tried a few and they were quite powerful. I've got a few more, but ill post them later because I've got to get back to my research
