Updated Ritual's and Spiritual cleansing?

I've been a satanist for about 3 years, I had to take a break for a little bit due to family crisis, but as I see it is not getting better at all, I should start back up and get back into doing Ritual's. I would be glad if someone could direct me to them!! And I wanted to know how I could spiritually cleanse everything. Body , mind and soul. Mostly to heal my teeth. But that would be great! Everyday is necessary to do aura cleaning and protection + void meditation. (Yoga would be great too)
