I am not replying in something specific. Rather more encyclopedic like answer. Thing is this is all too far-fetched. Firestarter pointed out why and this should be noted.
A mistake done more than 1 times is not a mistake, its something more fucked up. If done so many times its more like a state of being.

Why the fuck don't you do it at that point. Work your ass off and in Satan's eyes you will have the value you really have, not your pumped up supreme idea of your superduper ultraduper self. Really caring for Satan you would put titles and all these things out of the game. Its also very intrusive behavior to enter a group that people have joined and causing division just to have some people to "lead". Or better yet place them in front of you to tell you how awesome you are. They are newbs after all- you can tell them about the Quitessence and you can seem like an incarnation of Zarathustra. With any preface this is done and any "why's". Then as things settle down, the same shit is repeated again and again, then again and some again more.
Reminds me of other idiots who go around posting their name, putting up all these dangerous groups and sooo mighty cliques, hoping to get recognition/attention. Like attention whoring or having extra attention fills in anything else rather than their vanity.
Big mouths, big 'plans', big imaginary gut and all the way lack of being practic and realistic. Putting their name like Versace and trying to be important all the time. Reminds me also of all these prophets that come and go in the groups. They KNOW IT ALL. Do not you dare question them- they are the top leaders and the top personalities. Seriously, everyone with above 80 IQ can understand these methods.
And to end the matter. These people have never grasped the whole concept. They think Leadership is about the bitching, the fame, the friends, the honors and the masses praising their awesomeness. This is kike slavery where one is on top and others kiss his ass. They just try to put a Satanic facade on that which is quite blasphemous.
Some people are stuck on 'leadership' like others are stuck on smoking or anything else. Its like you cannot have Satan as your lover and you obssess over it and create all these putrid shit we have seen in regards to even that. Its just when you create some sort of fairytale land and you have your soldiers and all these things. Not a worst form of weakness than that.
You need to have the gut to know who you are or better live in wornderland.

Satanic leadership is different. Unfortunately we are still filled with people with so huge egopathic symptoms that we strive to go forward. If you want to see how True Leaders are and not vain bitches- look at Hitler and the Leaders of Germany. I do not recall in anyway Hitler mentioning how useful he is and how you must praise him. Directly or indirectly.
We still lack realized people who know their position. This is the most respected thing and the most holy duty. Knowing your place in these groups and in the world in general is where you are most useful, beloved and reverend at.
As for the simplicity of things. Things are not simple and they are not simple. This is not communism right here where everything is easy and simple. Some things are just not simple. Here we strive for evolution and expansion. Its like looking at human beings and saying, come on they are all Humans. Meanwhile scientists are searching genetic codes of billions of letters, astronomers are pumping their minds to the depth of reality and find more and more, do complex calculations, invent, destroy. in many things Satanism is like this. This is the reason to live, to explore, to expand, to surive, to enjoy and to be really free, behind the innermost levels. Tell me how simple reality is. Nothing is simple if you really dive into it.
Things only become 'simple' after you have totally understood them. Which is rarely the case. Even for the Gods there is more and always more to find. There is no limit in the evolutionary process neither the universe and our purpose is higher of what we may understand as Human species.
Meanwhile our enemies do exactly know and try to destroy us. In this total war there are people who still wish to dance and repeat the same mistakes that offend their commrades a thousand times. Once is a mistake, twice a big mistake, thrice a fucking behavioral pattern.
