In the closing the chakra guide it states "Door or shutters closing the chakras at the base from Muladhara to Sahasrara".

1. My question and really a question asked by a number of people beforehand but how do we close Anahata?

Is it that we split the chakra in half and close both sides and then put it together or is it that they never close and being neuter it doesn't matter? Despite the fact the heart chakra is heavily emphasized by the enemy.

2. My second question is how is Anahata spun?

Is it spun as a whole i.e. both top and bottom green chakra move together and spin in one direction or is it like MerKaBa i.e. top pyramid spins one way, bottom pyramid spins another.

I know from experience that when I tried to rotate Anahata like in MerKaBa meditation, I felt literally sharp chest pain the same day, so I do not advise anyone to spin chakra that way. Now, it may be up to me, but honestly since then, I haven't been spinning it since I felt pain several times (because at first I thought it was up to me thinking it might be because my chakra was pretty weak or polluted).

As for your first question, I have never worked that way about closing the chakras, I mean not with door visualization, because when I first started practicing it, it was too much to visualize for me, and I felt tiered very easily, so I would just stop rotating them and slowly turn off light, and I'm still working that way because it is just easier and still very very effective.

This again, is from my individual perspective, try doing it both (I'm talking about spinning Anahata) and see how it works for you.
