Hello i am ,please i need help concerning my throat chakra ,it seems i have open it but i cant fill it very strong as the way i fill my crown chakra .what should i do should i continue vibrating NEBO or should i go to the next chakra which is my heart chakra.

There will be chakra's that need more focusing on.

You could try to continue for a while, but the fact that you feel it is good. Just remember to meditate daily on each chakra (like chakra spin or chakra breathing when you've opened all) for example.

Also when you are done opening all (excluding 6th) take a look at the full chakra meditation pages in the meditation section. Should be under beginner meditations.

You can go to the next chakra and work on your heart chakra. You can keep working on your throat chakra at the same time as your heart chakra. Techniques for strengthening your chakras are on in the "Full Chakra Meditation."
