Trance and sleep

Hey guys I am working 39/h per week and every time I come home and try to get in a trance or even when I talk to satan I fall asleep. What can I do that I dont fall asleep?

From work,clean aura,sleep,wake up,clean aura,eat breakfast, meditate.Sit upright whenever you are getting in a trance,do not lie down.Put on a blue aura whenever you are speaking to Father Satan,it enhances telepathic communication with the Gods.

I have had this same problem it’s very frustrating I have not been able to astral project cause I fall asleep I can’t scry can’t get in to a good trance been trying for months and I feel stuck to the point where I wonder if I’ll ever advance that far not trying to feel this way I just want to succeed so bad that it’s getting to me
