There have been quite a few messages from those who are new to Satan asking what to do next.
First, read everything on the Joy of Satan website:

Then perform the Dedication Ritual as soon as you can. If this is a potential problem because you live in an xian household, do it in your astral temple.
Then, follow a meditation program. Meditate every day, perform regular rituals and go from there.
