I'm having trouble entering a trance state, due to the irritation in my back from my degenerative discs.
Does anyone have any suggestions for minimizing the stress on my back or a way to ignore it, so I can relax completely?

Tips for entering a trance state?
Hi sir, may I suggest going to therapies, if there are any for your disease? I had back problems, and doing certain workouts helped me alot. Degenerative discs usually manifest because of lifting heavy weight, smoking, and being obese. I also suggest that you cut off smoking, if you do, and bring your weight to its balance.
On the subject directly, how do you get irritated? And there is a way, but you need a strong and well-trained mind for it. Everytime you feel urge to scratch, adjust some bodypart or any minor thing that you feel like you have to do, let it go. Same with irritation. That is the only solution I see, and it is very possible one.
