Has anyone here used a tibetian singing bowl? It's a metal bowl that you spin a wooden rod around causing it to vibrate very strongly. And the chakras are very sensative to vibrations.
I got one for Yule I've used it a little bit, I think it will be good for starting meditations, or even to use during.
