Yes when you raise your kundalini you will begin to see three ovals in your mind the it will form into one oval at the end after this part the meditation gets really hard to do preferably the twin serpent meditation because the kundalin is entering some dormatted areas of the soul that we can't unlock with kundalin in the first place
