Thoughts VS Seeing Through Third Eye Question

I just wanted someone to clarify something for me. During meditation I get flashes of random thoughts that aren't mine, lots of times which don't make any sense. But they're definitely in the part of my brain where one would fantasize or imagine a scenario etc. Occasionally though I actually see images that are 3D behind my eyelids. They still look like passing visions the difference is I can focus on them, they are way more lifelike (and thus more frightening). I can still think about something as I'm actually seeing this stuff behind my eyelids. So is this the astral sight of the third eye? Or just perceiving information with the third eye?

Speaking for myself, I've been able to see things for a long time, ever since my third eye was opened, whether meditating or not. I not only see them, I feel them. I have learned not to be frightened by them. I find most of them friendly. If you are in doubt, ask Father to protect you and do a cleansing of your chakras.
Hail Father Satan!
