This has to be the most easiest thing to think about. You know how martial artist fight and stuff, and explode things with their chi/energy. Well, i figured out that it is not that hard.
First, you calm yourself, make sure you stretch beforE hand.
Then, stand up and focus on your energy all over your body.
Next, you put them in your hands and try to strengthen it so you can get the energy stronger.
Finally, you put the energy back in your body.

This may seem wack or newbish, but after this, work out or train, if you are a martial artist or happen to know how to fight, sparr. After you get hype up, direct the energy you just created, back to your hands. Now, you shold have more energy.

If you keep on doing the above over and over, your energy will become stronger. If you are fighting. Direct the energy through your fist or out your feet. Or, just imagine your whole body with energy and sparr or fight, or even work out. You will raise so much energy, that even the newbies will feel it strongly.

At the end of this, you can direct whatever energy you created to sone goal. Like for wakening up our brothers and siters of satan. Direct the energy you created to form a ball and then exhale it out. if you like to fight, punch it out or kick it out and focus on the outcome.

This also help manipulating energy and stuff. You created by working out, fighting, training, or whatever, then you put it together in a ball, then bring it back in, and start over. It will only get stronger and stronger.

This can subsitute for any type of ritual. Just make sure to evoke the energy if it is negative.

Again, this is eas and effective if you want to raise your energy or to do some or any type of magickal working.

This is from experience, try it and you will love it. Also the focusing on energy part, can substitute for a void meditation, Putting all your thoughts into one thing. This trains the mind and also, strengthen your body, and also raise your energy, and also help you direct and manipulate energy, and also help you get stronger and fit. I used white, gold energy. Try using blue or red. Any color for any desired outcome or just to train in different types of energy
