third eye opening

ok i know how to do it i know the positions of the hands and i know
the chant... but i cant for the life of me get the chant right.. it
says you need to vibrate thoth and be making the th and the oh sound
at the same time... you are supposed to do the th sound throughout the
entire exhale but i cant... is there someone who can let me know how
to get the vibration right or is there an alternate way to open the
third eye? somebody PLEASE help me!!

The hand position is grabbing simply grabbing ur ring finger and
placing the tip of ur thumb near the cuticle. Think about holding a
detonator.

The chant is TH-TH-TH-O-O-O-O-TH-TH-TH.
Vibrate the TH THEN the O in the same exhale.

What i did is i said
THHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH-OOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHH-TTTTTTTTTTTTHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
and that worked for me.
