I have asked this three times before but no answers. I  don't want to insight doubt in the minds i just really want to know this and be sureso in modern meditation which says in jos is infiltrated ,says that correctly aligning third chakra is pointed upward . also its somehow make sense because then we have three chakra point upward and heart chakra attach them to three other chakras in top. when we point it downward how energy can go throw third to the heart? maybe my question is stupid coz throat is downward as well. but one day i pointed it upward and i felt energy so much. so just to clear my doubt could you give me the reason why its downward thanks a lothail satan hail Lilith hail azazel

why am I feeling better energy and vibration when I point my third chakra upward ? its says in the site downward but when I do it upward I feel more energy through this chakra. I am not saying the site is incorrect I just wanna ask can we do upward?
