The Time it's Too late

When we say "It'll be Too late" exactly what does that mean? Is it just for the ones who are without (Like RHP Religions)?

For example of what I mean. If whatever it is was to happen right now people who are already in Satanism that are dedicated not lazy but still working on their charkas or it's just harder for them to advance will it be too late for them too?
