Hell I'm trying to open my third eye. For father's sake don't tell me
to go to the ToZ site for answers you have to admit some things in ToZ
isn't very detailed.

My only problem is I'm confused on the chant. Do you try to say 'TH'
and 'OH' at the same time or what? Also anything to help me speed or
aid the proccess of opening it?

You don't say TH & O at the same time. It's the TH **then** O vibrated
in the same exhale.

The EZ chakra spin greatly empowers ur chakras. While visualizing it
spinning, breathe energy in the chakra with inhales.

i agree the chant description was difficult to understand it actually goes THHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOTHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH i found it hard at first but im slowly getting there. Hope this helps   Hail Father Satan!!!!!!!!   Crystal

Yes, the meditation may be difficult, but patience and perseverance

will ensure success just don't give up on yourself the colors will
come first, then images may slowly start appearing. Like everything
