The talmud

Is there any possibility to buy a full genuine and original jewish talmud in english? Is it on sale somewhere? Or they haven't allowed anybody to translate and sell it?

My honest thought here when I first read this was, surely you realized people would ask why you'd want such a thing when you wrote this up and omitted the "why."

I'd have to go back and find the posts, but one of the HPs has written in the past that the sale of such is highly restricted and regulated; they have systems for restricting access and keeping tabs on purchases. I can't recall the specifics but Gentiles getting access to the talmud is something they're very cautious about, sacrilegious in their eyes even.
