I visited the JOS website after being away for three months because I was facing a critical school year. However, I noticed that the page dedicated to Succubi and Incubi has been removed from the site. Is there any explanation for this?

I get the impression that some people, after reading that those Demons, i.e. Succubi and Incubi, are real, want to summon Them to have Them as sex-slaves. You are not entirely the primary addressee @NOXVERA01 but certainly you're not the only person who may have such thoughts.
