<td val[/IMG]Thank you Cobra, this means a lot to me, i consider myself new to ss. for couple of weeks now i felt so drawn to to the pheonix, when ever i do my daily meditation i feel this heat in my toso and it goes up to my head , i am wondering what it could be?
