The Higher Self question

I want to know is someone have more knowledge about our Higher Self and what it is?

Im in the stage of opening all chakras through body locks.. Its interesting because im still gaining muscle, my stamina is peaking continuously (besides the low amount of food i can afford, but on an awesome diet, i have no idea what my potential is), AND im losing all this extra body fat that i gained throughout my life. Im practically in the best condition ive ever been in, AND I STOPPED LIFTING WEIGHTS RELIGIOUSLY. Its ridiculous! Not to mention everyday i learn a little more of sacred geometry, find new places to hear my messages, learning more of runes and letters, drawings, vibrations, etc etc. Its crazy, the more i learn, the more there is to learn. So higher self to me is just waking up everyday and saying "what can i improve?"

It is our spirit I guess... it is immortal and we carry it from life to life. 
We are  not just a personality, correct me if I m wrong here


It is consisted of 3 bodies i think , atma, manas and bodhi . It is our inner Spirit ket's say and is what we must feed to be free (spiritually speaking) . It never rests, never stops, it merelly is our daemon inside us
Do I sound clear? It's merelly my opinion on the subject (a lot of the info I learnt from new acropolis, a new age crap zionist system , from whicj I escaped evetually)
But the knowledge is knowledge no matter what
Anycase, it's a bit different than our soul perbaps
When u die, your soul carries it with you the rest of the human body may dissisipate (again, correct me If I speak nonsense here)
Of course, we are immortal, that's another thing, we Will carry our bodies here as we grow more astrally and may be unding as the gods, that is, IF we win the war VS JHVH
