Like HP Maxine said in an earlier sermon, the Heart is an allegory that means the 6th Chakra and the Pineal gland.

Here's the message for those of you who haven't read it already:

Recently i was pondering the idea and tried to visualize it... i was thinking that the 6th chakra is the source of Clairvoyance, Clairaudience, Telepathy and Intuition (correct me if I'm wrong, I'm writing them by memory). These are all powers of the Higher Self (the soul) and the 6th chakra (pineal gland) is the way to access them.

Then an idea crossed my mind. I've read in a book that the Tarot is a deck of cards that is a very mystical book if you know how to read it. So i searched the cards in an attempt to find something that illustrates this (i'm using the Raider-Waite illustration as it's the most popular/traditional).

I found this...

In my mind this clearly illustrates the 6th chakra / pineal gland with the three nadis (ida, pingala and sushumna) penetrating it.

Hope this makes sense

Good observation as always commrade. If you look at it, people say 'listen to your heart' while in fact the emotional part is of the brain too, so the heart is just the heart. I mean emotion and logic both reside on the brain, 6th chakra. Also the brain is ruled by the throat chakra so is the nervous system. The Throat seems to have logic dominance, while the 6th seems to rule emotional part of the brain. This is only speculation though and my personal opinion, not a fact. So obviously the heart has nothing to do with emotions and emotional responses.

If you notice the heart card, behind it rains [Water element], while its stabbed with 3 swords [Air element]. So it probably represents a fusal or an important merging between air and water?

The enemy seems to have a fetish for attacking the heart simply because its the weakest, not the strongest chakra.

Seriously? I mean, each to their own we all can work differently.

I do Tarot as well. That card you posted, means nothing but heartbreak, despair, deceit.

I'm sorry i wasn't clear in my previous post... I wasn't stating it as a fact... I was asking of your opinions. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

So yeah, I agree with you the meaning of the card is very different from the symbolism. I'm not so sure about the 3 of hearts, but i'm open to conversation... let me explain my train of thought.

I've read that the tarot cards were created during the 13-14 century (allegedly), right when the xian influence spread.

At that time the old knowledge and traditions had to be kept alive somehow. Since all books and any written texts of the old knowledge were going to be burned/destroyed they had to find a new form to retain the knowledge.

So they created the tarot. The said to the xians that they were cards of a game. They were distributed to anyone and no harm done "it was just a game".

The cards later because of their great occult power were used in a form of divination and today most cards have a fixed meaning (again allegedly). The symbolism though still remains and it's not always apparent with the meaning.

The 3 of cups is a difficult illustration... but here's the way i think about it (feel free to correct me if you disagree). The swords are of the air element, which symbolize the intellect.

In the background of this card you can see the clouds and the rain. The clouds symbolize the mists of our thoughts. You cannot find the revelation.

You can also see the rain, that symbolizes strong emotions.

So when i see the card (like reading a book), it seems to me that in order to be able to activate your pineal, you need to balance your thought and emotions. If you don't the tree nadis will be blocked (the swords are pointing downwards)

I don't know if this is a valid explanation, but I'm open to any insight you can give me.

Since you are a fellow tarot reader, let me state a few other examples (what i could find at first glance) and tell me if they make any sense to you:

2 of Cups... have the general meaning of truce/attraction/connection... but in this card is illustrated the caduceus symbol of the healing arts.

the Hierophant... education/belief systems/conformity/group id... and the hierophant holds the staff with the 3 crosses representing the hip, shoulder and temple chakras.
http://www.learntarot.com/bigjpgs/maj05.jpg

Ace of Cups... emotional force/intuition/intimacy/love... it displays the causal body (the augoeides) that it's the cup... the holy grail of the templars... the balanced cross is the balance of the soul
http://www.learntarot.com/bigjpgs/cups01.jpg

The Empress... mothering/abundance/senses/nature... the shield again reminds me of the 6 chakra and the nadis ida & pingala (HP Maxine also said in a sermon that the 6th chakra is ruled by Venus)
http://www.learntarot.com/bigjpgs/maj03.jpg

The Star... hope/inspiration/generosity/serenity... this to me seems like the Star of Astaroth and the seven white stars are the 7 major chakras.
http://www.learntarot.com/bigjpgs/maj17.jpg

Temperance... balance/health/combination... it seems to me that's mixing the elixirs for the magnum opus

What are your thoughts?!
