To get PURE judgment
we must seek it from someone who isnt influenced by the hierarchy, and not being subject to hierarchy means not being able to judge

since judging means recognising the hierarchy thus recognising its existence thus you are in the system, to get pure judgment one should be out of the system and to be out of the system is not to be able to judge
