The breath of Fire

I was wondering if the breath of fire is a good power meditation? Will it empower my soul energy or will it only help to raise my kundilini... or both? I ask because I was caught by a fellow satanist doing breath of fire and was told that it was no good for raising energy, only for kundilini work. What are your opinions and thoughts?

In other words the breath of fire is good at raising witch power and stimulating the kundalin at the base of the spine. Breath of fire is in kundalini yoga, so yea just keep doing it!

I also was wondering while I do the merkaba if it is nessisary to actually count to six everytime I inhale.hold.exhale. Would I be able to just inhale, hold and exhale untilI I feel comfortable. I would still count which breath I am on but I would not count while breathing.
