There are some unavoidable problems that happen with some pages, but the rest is ok. Make sure you choose to ask you whether you want a page to be mirrored. I know it's a hassle to have it ask you for different pages the JoS site brings, but the reason for that is because the JoS site is hosted on different sites and if you choose the automatic method it'll only mirror the angelfire part.

I don't think so. What I do is mirror the JoS site and other sites using the Httrack software and keep it in my computer for personal use. It's the entire site but it's stored in your computer and you can view it offline.
