While I was doing my first RTR for today (is there going to be a new schedule for the 16th to the 30th?)
I felt a presence spying on me.
Lately whenever I close my eyes I kept seeing a vision of this fucking grey just staring at me from the dark.
Well after I did the RTR I still felt like an unwelcome presence was watching me so I did the VINASA banishing ritual.
About a minute after the affirmations I have a vision of this grey suffering and fading away and now I don't feel that presence anymore.
Mission accomplished!
