Terribel head ache when trying to open 3rd.

Hello! When i try to meditate on the 3rd i get a teribel headache and the days after i have sluthered speech and my memorie is like gone from the world. Anyone got a sultion for this? i have tried for a while with regular mediation from the website but it will not get better.
