Now this one is ridiculously advanced, if you dont have incredibly
strong 8th and 9th chakras, not to mention the other 7, this wont
work, and you'll feel like an idiot, and probably get seriously
hurt

1) Gather as much akasha around you as you can, dont be afraid to
spend upwards of an hour on this, it's very important

2) When that is done, bring all of the akasa into your 9th chakra,
and send it through them all all the way down to the base. Think of
it as a sort of timer, when the energy reaches the base, you teleport.

3) Whilst doing this, visualise and want with serious intent, to
instantly appear in the location you want to. As far a you're
concerned, you're already there, and you're just moving your body
there to join you.

4) When done right, with enough power, when the energy reaches the
base chakra, you will appear in the location you wanted to.

I've teleported a piece of quartz a few inches, but not any more than
that. To be honest, I dont really practice it.

Not that I know of but there's an account of being dizzy and seeing blue everywhere when someone tried. Mind you he tried to teleport quite far so I told him to try and do small steps first. I'm waiting for results on that attempt still.
