tarot card question

Hello brothers and sisters,
I have been a dedicated SS for a little over a year now, I do try to keep a constant eye on the boards because many of the questions I had when newly dedicated were answered in depth on here or through combing through the info on the JOS site. Now I did relook through the site before deciding to post this but couldn't find the answer to my question.
Anyway on to the main point, I have been involved in the left hand path sense my early teens, although much of what I thought I knew was heavily corrupted by the enemy, which I later learned from the JOS. I have all ways enjoyed tarot and own a few decks. In divination using the cards one stumbles upon the same spreads and meanings of the cards in various books and tarot 'how tos'. I was curious on how much of the information commonly set to tarot is true and what has been perverted by the enemy? Also, how can one distinguish between it? as well if any of my fellow more advanced SS who have used tarot noticed more proper or 'true' ways to read the cards pass what is regularly written?
Thank you in advanced for your responses and advice!

The important part is to use these interpretations in books as a guideline only (of course some of them are corrupted with new age nonsense and you can see that, for example when they say that the meaning of the universe card is cosmic love and oneness and other crap, it's obviously corrupted). Don't get over obsessed with what the books say, but what the cards tell you. The same card may have a slightly different meaning in a different reading and you can only see it by seeing in the card what your intuition tells you. Like all the other divination methods, they work through your intuition not your left brain. If you look at the same card in a different time, or a different reading, you may notice different things.
