..Hail Satan!! I have lately learn tai chi and replace my hatha yoga with it. I still do the kundalini yoga. i do the tia chi in the morning and kundalini in the evening. What i notice is that i feel more calm and my anger issues seem more under control. Also a great void meditation for me. My question is -- can i switch back and forth, like do the yoga one month and the tia chi the next month? What would be the effects given i am doing the kundalini every night. I ask here b/c i tend to be skeptical of much info i read about either practice.

Great question, i've been thinking about picking up Tai Chi lately...

If done forcefully, and with strength,is is a great way to move the energy around in yourself.Qgong is another great practice to use for unifying your life force.I use some of both in different times,as I feel it necessary.
Hail Satan

..Hail Satan!! Many, many thanks HP Zildar!!! i think thats alot of what i was worried about.--doing too many things at once so to speak. but i know the feeling i get when the energy starts to get too strong and then i usually back up a step and go slower. And i think i am addicted to streching--lol.

The info you gave is great, but I disagree with you on just one point.
The last point- "My suggestion is for you to learn ONE of the forms, meaning either do kundalini yoga, OR qigong. but not both. whatever you do, don't overload yourself."
Many of us here do many forms of Energy raising at a time, ranging from Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Pranayama, Visualization Meditations, Mantras, Tai Chi and so on.<
what i was referring to when i told blakkat 'not to overload' was to get to the heart of the matter, learn one system inside out, and understand the concepts of that system. it is best to take time to get deeply into one form instead of superficially dabbling in many forms. there is nothing worse than being a jack of all trades and a master of none. and beginning too many different things at once with enthusiasm will lead to burnout. also, time is of the essence. there are only 24 hours in a day and jumping from one thing to another is counterproductive.
i'm a great believer in getting to the heart of the matter. learning qigong and combining it with neigong is ideal for learning the chinese system because qigong is the building of the anatomy and neigong is the building of the breathwork, the spirit work. learning yoga and combining it with pranayama is ideal because yoga disciplines the body and pranayama disciplines the spirit. they go together. when you take the time to really learn your systems you develop a respect for their depth and realize that they are complete within themselves. there is not much you can find outside of either qigong or yoga that you can't find just as well within it if you learn the system and look hard enough.
if blakkat wants to get to the heart of the matter in chinese internal martial arts, my suggestion would similarly be to learn and spend most time on the ONE thing that gets you the furthest the fastest. in qigong and neigong there is an exercise called zhan zhuang which is the heart of qigong and the concept that separates qigong from being a yoga. proper practice of zhan zhuang will blast you through all energy blocks but it is not easy to do and it can take many years to master this one exercise.
