I kind of like Neptune, it's energy is pretty good to meditate on when there is a load of trash in your mind which is constantly nagging at you, you know this and that. Invoking Neptune loosens you up a bit and makes you feel free. Almost like drugs and alcohol lol. But you have to direct it probably to avoid any nasty effects of it's energy.

Neptune is the most hard to handle I think. Both Neptune and Saturn weaken us but Neptune also brings alot of confusion.
My natal Neptune is conjunct my natal Sun. One word- confusion.
I grasp the world a bit differently, I would say.
I find myself looking at the mirror, checking if it's all real. I ask myself if I actually exist. But it's not only confusion about myself.
It's actually very hard to explain how I feel in my daily life.
I experience delays alot.
I sometimes ask myself if i'm really 18. Not in the sense of "wow time moves fast!" But, actually "Do I really 18 years old".. Checking.
Alot of times I feel like i'm in a dream. Everything slows down and I experience delays. (maybe because Neptune is in Capricorn, natural sign of Saturn and Saturn is in Pisces, natural ruler of Neptune)
Everything changes once you're aware so it's different now, because I know why I feel that way. But it still works to confuse me 24/7.
I know it's all real. I know Father Satan is real and I know through meditation, I will sublimate the hard energies of Neptune.

Just get into a trance and place all your awareness on neptune and it's energy and you will become conscious of how it's effecting you in your life, then you'll be able to direct it as you wish. I invoked Neptune one time and took in its energy. The next morning I felt so tired, weak, just a tad bit delirious and like I wanted to lay down. It felt better for me to have my eyes closed... It lasted for a few hours. It got uncomfortable and annoying so I decided to meditate a bit on Mars. I felt better after that but it took alittle time to get balanced again.

But to answer your question about using another planets energy to correct Neptune's effects, it really depends on what it is Neptune is doing exactly. For instance if it's affecting your Moon and playing havoc with your mind and emotions, you can meditate on the Moon to help prevent that yes. It'd probably best to meditate on both of them, for the reasons I mentioned above.
Once you have brought your awareness to that level, you won't need anyone to say, this needs to be done to fix this anyway, you'll know right away what energies are doing what and how to direct them.
