Nice post :) well written. I dont have a pet though, but I would like to add that pets can also be treated with herbs.
Some herbs are toxic to certain animals so be careful and double check if you choose to look into it.
Indications seem to be close to the description how a herb works on in humans, but it is obviously not exactly the same.

And I remember someone mentioning massaging a meridian point on a dog that wasnt feeling well.

For people that are interested, you can look into this as well.

I think I should add though that your post is valuable in that most of what you tell people doesnt require years of study compared to what I mentioned in the other post.

As for the other post.. Trust your gut Id say.
