Greetings everyone,

I would like to know where can I get the proper meditation page to empower my Sushumna please.

I remember it used to be in the old JoS website and I couldn't find it in archives no more. I'm trying to fit a new program in my life to follow the 7 fold path.

This happens naturally over time with the practices, but the heat meditation and circulating energy meditation can be helpful. Mastery of these and understanding the flow of energy in the energetic bodies makes it rather straightforward in understanding how to empower the Sushumna Nadi.

Having a flow of energy through the Nadi when it is clear is very empowering. As similar to the energy circulating meditation, the Kundalini Energy can flow directly through this channel and it can strongly be pulled upwards and the flow and intensity can be controlled.

ok, so I made a mistake. I was sure there was a meditation to like unlock or empower it, not to expand it and I think I mistaken it with Breath of Fire.
