Sun meditation and astral self defence

This one is for those who work full time and don't get much time to do meditations during the day. Even a few minutes on a coffee break or lunch break doing this can make a big difference to your mood and how you feel for the rest of the day. If you catch a train or bus aim for a window seat on the sunny side it is not as good as straight sunlight but better than nothing. To tune out the drone around you earphones with some favourite music is helpfull.

It is very much simply clearing your mind and focusing on the sunlight and breathe it in noone has to know I do it often. As you breathe in the light try to clear your thoughts and just focus on a feeling of the warm golden light filtering through you imagine your eyes glowing with light, your whole body, fingertips even your toes inside your shoes. Spend as long as you can doing this and try not to think about what else is going on around you, not the stress of an up comming meeting or job that needs doing this is a moment for you to clear your mind and breathe in this warm light. It is very healing. Doing it often can also improve your other meditations and lift your overall mood and energy.

Before I finish this I focus the energy into my solar Chakra I find this gives me a boost of energy that lasts through most of the day. If I do have time I will breathe the sunlight through each Chakra and light them up with it. But if time is short do what you can. I like the morning sun sometimes if I do this too late in the day it can keep me up at night with too much energy, midday can be too strong for some people. Do what suits you however it is personal. A shift worker may benefit from afternoon sun.

You can also use this to strengthen your protective shield around you. You may notice annoying people who would normally bother you start to leave you alone aswell. If I am out in town and people bother me I focus energy into my shield and change the colour to bright red with sparks and little daggers sticking out at them with the instruction to repel them. It is amazing how well this can work with practice. I have even had people turn around and apologise when I havn't said a word or just leave.
One day someone cut in front of me in a supermarket cue at the checkout. I didn't want to start a scene so I focussed on my shield in front of me that it was getting very hot right behind this person they turned around and actually said sorry did I cut in front of you why don't you go first. I was amazed. Try it...

If someone gets too close and invades your space try pushing your aura out into their space in a forcefull way I did this also one day to have the offending lady turn around and look at me and step away. Don't allow others to push you around and be rude you don't need to make a scene or risk a fight. You can also use energy to cool down hot situations where tempers are flaring around or against you by using a light blue and a coolness eminating around you, visualising a peacefull waterfall and cool water flowing it all takes practice. You need to learn how to judge a situation. Sometimes using red and heat can have a negative effect, sometimes it is better to use something cooler.

Another one for bothersome people who get up in your face is simply visualise a solid wall between you and them know it is completely solid and then push it toward them. If they are really stubborn or aggressive get creative and imagine an electrified fence on their side of the wall shooting sparks that hurt. The idea is too make them feel uncomefortable and nervous in your space at a subconcious level. Over time with practice you will get better at this and be able to take this further if needed. With laws these days making criminals into victims and self defence a crime We as Satanists have an advantage We have ways to defend ourselves that will not land Us in court. Do not let others push you around and take advantage of you.

If you encounter a man who gives you the fucking creeps try a wall of freezing ice. You may even aim this at a certain part of his body to cool him off. I used to try using a wall of fire only to find this could make the problem worse and get the man more hot and exited. Use Ice with an icy blue aura.

I believe it is important to know both physical and spiritual self defence.

This is a very well written post that I can definitely relate to.
Usually when a stranger that has offended me slightly I will use energy. If only you couldn't get arrested for getting physical.
I also like to charge all My chakras before work and then close them. Whether I do My meditations in the morning along with the destruction ritual, I always have enough energy to last throughout the day and the next if necessary. I wish I could dedicate more time to other activities besides meditation, destruction, yoga/tibetan breath, work, and a Side project. Work is very time consuming and is something that can deter a weaker individual from performing his/her meditations. Anyone else in the same condition, I urge you to stay strong in Satan.
