Sudden Stimulation of Chakra Centers (?)

is there any kind sign or indication when all of sudden, out of nowhere, your chakra suddenly reacted and stimulate itself while you are completely not focusing on it at all? (eg. riding on train while listening music)

this used to happen a lot on my frontal solar chakra, third eye chakra, and now, just recently i keep feel the stimulation on my crown chakra too...

this is awkward since almost a year i dont do chakra meditation instead focusing on void and vibrating ”aum” mantra for whenever im in condition

i checked the planetary day and hour and dont think its the cause either

my guess is, since i havent meditated for awhile
and restarted recently by void and ”aum”
maybe some kind of energy ”clog” is causing it....idk....

whatever it is, hoping it is a positive sign
