how can i make my relationship with a demoness be more open so that i can talk to her and see her instead of just feeling her?

any meditations?

o she came without no ritual being done to father asking for a succubus.

any visualization exercises?

Opening the higher chakras assist in Psychic Sight, so you should work on your psychic eyes, clairvoyant and clairaudient points, which are all stated in the chakra section. You should also work on opening and empowering your crown chakra and Pineal Gland if you wish to have better chances at psychic sight.

Yes there are meditations, go to the jos site and do the meditations for opening the clairivoyance and Clauridiance meditations, thats for opening up your astral sight and hearing which will help you greatly. Also I would do the opening the hand chakras meditation that will help your astral touch as well. It takes time but it's worth it.
