I've performed the ritual already 4 times, when rituals are the third, every time I sleep in the condition of the hands and feet hugging bolsters, and when I woke up my position definitely turning into supine both my arms wide open and above the head, my legs wide open and the whole body until my head was covered by a blanket, but I do not feel there is a touch, but I never once heard a sound like angry in front of my face when I woke up, and two days after that I do rituals to four, after I perform ritual fourth, each I above the mattress back and some bodies back feels very cold, and when I am alone or distress body my backside was very cold, I told the ritual to four me to give me a lover of children Lilith for all my life , but until now I can not see, touch and dream about him. I can say they definitely DO exist. Thing is, are you a dedicated Spiritual Satanist? I take it you must be to be posting here.
If not, you might not get anywhere. If you are new and your chakras aren't open, you may not sense an incubus or succubus.
I will tell you this much. Their energy is very high, and if you haven't built your energy up through meditation, etc., if you do

I don't think asking for a child of Lilith is the right way to go.
Yes, Incubi and Succubi, their plural words, exist. They're demons, but they don't come to earth physically. To feel them, you just need to be spiritually open. 
Did you read up on them before committing the ritual? Maybe you should go back over what they are, on the website.

Keep meditating, focus on empowering your soul and opening your chakras. Usually if you were sincere and worthy to have a succubus or Incubus, then they would let their presence be known to you in time.
