Strange vision when meditating?

I was meditating, trying to make some one do something that would help my life in a positive manner, and I got a vision of a ball of light in the middle of darkness, glowing, the beams of the glow looked almost like that of a flowers pedals. And there where dim beams reflecting back at it. I don't know what this means, and also the name Abaddon came in to my vocabulary, and I could feel Abaddon's energy. What does this mean? In the vision it almost looked like the light was going to explode. Very strange, any insight on this. I'm beginning to think I was a Satanist in a past life, because this is really strange considering I haven't even had the opportunity to dedicate yet. And I do have memories of being murdered in a bathroom as a past life, and being a woman, young.
